Not only did I lower my carbohydrate intake, but after i ate carbohydrates, I only ate complex carbohydrates and therefore i ate these for fat.and in addition of that, I eliminated all refined foods from my diet, all as well as starchy carbohydrates, sugars, caffeine and drink.
